Caroline Boktour, CPA
Caroline provides a variety of professional services including financial statement assurance, compliance services and internal control reviews. Caroline works with a variety of industries and types of organizations including not-for-profit organizations, real estate projects, affordable housing, low income (section 42), tax credit projects and governmental agencies.
Caroline joined Finney Neill & Company, P.S., in 2023; prior to that, Caroline worked nine years at a small CPA firm as a senior in the audit practice working primarily on partnership audits that utilize HUD, Rural Development, state and local government resources, Housing Authorities and non-for-profits in the affordable housing sector.
Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a concentration in finance from the University of Washington in 2013 and received her CPA certificate in 2017.
